One of the most important skills in running an online business is the ability to generate leads. Leads are the gateway to sales, so knowing how to get leads and convert them into customers is key. As a Newbie, you have no idea how to begin this process. Creating a marketing funnel can be a complex procedure. If someone is brand new, and doesn't even know how to set up a website; how in the world would they know how to set up lead capture pages and sales pages? If you don't link up with a community, you're basically lost. If you're new to the company, and you're serious about building an online business, you will take your back office trainings seriously. Setting aside even a little bit of time daily to watch a training video, will pay off in the long run. If you don't know what you're doing, how can you produce profit? It's important to watch the videos so you can expose yourself to the knowledge of seasoned Leaders in our industry. They have used our company's system to create passive income flows upwards of 6 figures a month. This did not happen overnight. At this point, they can kick back and enjoy the rewards of an income that flows in while they sleep. However, when they were Newbies, they laid down the groundwork to get this flow started. Are you laying down the groundwork?

Once you've started the passive income momentum, you need to keep that energy going. You need to engage in consistent income-producing activities, to maintain the productivity of your system and build upon your income. As a Newbie, you don't know which activities you should be engaging in to create income or how to do them. That's why gaining knowledge through the trainings in your back office is crucial. It's through those trainings that you will learn how to keep your passive income system operating; utilizing income-producing activities like blogging, capturing leads, converting leads, and marketing.

Develop a plan of action. Discipline yourself and create a schedule. Now that you're your own boss, you're in charge of setting a routine. Figure out what time works best to go through your trainings. The sooner you begin the learning process, the sooner you can start taking action. A good rule of thumb is, do one training and then take action. Watch a video, and then try out what you learned in the video. There should be a healthy balance between learning and doing. It's great to train, but if you don't put what you've learned into action, you can't make money.
